- I also try and remember to savour simple experiences like, while out walking, watching a bee on clover or a butterfly sunning itself. I’m still working on mindful eating!
- On walking, eating and being less fast in doing things – enjoying what I am doing more
- I have resolved to focus on bringing more joy into my life and I am meditating on loving kindness in an effort to be kinder to myself. I think I am less frustrated when things don’t go right and more accepting of negative behaviours in other people. My partner tells me I am easier to live with, calmer and more laid back.
- I am tending to eat with more relish and am much more aware of my body’s requirements during my everyday activities.
